Our 2023 Designer-in-Residence, Andy Woodruff, is working on maps inspired by the fire insurance atlases in our current Building Blocks exhibition.
Have you ever wanted to see how cartographers work? Want a peek into the state of Andy's designs midway through his residency? Stop in from 2:00-3:00 pm on Wednesday for an informal chat with Andy and members of the LMEC staff. Learn more about how contemporary mapmakers think about design and information, and take a look at some of Andy's works-in-progress.
