Garrett Dash Nelson, Curator of Maps & Director of Geographic Scholarship at the Leventhal Map & Education Center, presents in The Oxford Seminar on Cartography (TOSCA) at Oxford University's Bodleian Library. The talk, Electoral Illusions: The 2020 US Presidential Race and the Perils of Politics as a Game of Maps, will take a critical look at how electoral mapping shapes our understanding of political competition.
