- Development Administrative Assistant
The Leventhal Map & Education Center at the Boston Public Library seeks a FT, temporary Development Administrative Assistant, now through June 21, 2019. This position assists the President, with focus on a major fundraising gala, including gift recording, acknowledgment and donor followup; database list pulls and reports, managing invitation mailing, RSVPs and table seating. Other duties include creating and implementing deadlines calendars, scheduling meetings, drafting letters, managing documents and files, ordering supplies. Requirements: 1-2 years development experience; strong proficiency in Raiser’s Edge, Word, Outlook, Excel; impeccable accuracy; excellent writing/proofreading, cordial phone manner.
